PowerCom adopts the new Office 2007 ribbon navigation style

PowerCom adopts the new user friendly feature of Office 2007- Ribbons. The User can now navigate using the PowerCom ribbon and the Poller ribbon instead of layered menus and toolbars. One of the biggest advantages of this feature is that the user will be able to perform tasks with fewer numbers of clicks since most of the commands are visible in the ribbons instead of being hidden under menus. PowerPoint coupled with PowerCom will make the best PowerPoint Presentation Software.

Compatible

All old PowerCom PPT slide presentations can be used in the newer version of PowerCom for office 2007. Hence this new version is backward compatible

Validate Poller Utility

PowerCom for Office 2007 provides a new feature of Poller Validation function that helps the user to examine all pollers and detect any errors or conflict settings. It verifies slide animations, question settings including question name summary, answer choice numbering, correct answer and point settings, music and timer setting. It displays the results to an Office Word report specifying all Error and Warning messages as well as resolution suggestions.

This feature is very useful for users who are not familiar with PowerCom poller settings when creating a question slide. Even for experienced users we recommend to run Poller validation before running slide show to minimize the error. As an outstanding PowerPoint Presentation Software, PowerCom provides an effective and user-friendly software to fit into any conference or classroom environment.

Dashboard

PowerCom Dashboard is the new feature to this PowerPoint Presentation Software, that allows the presenter to change system and question settings during the slide show. The presenter can even make necessary question modifications without exiting slide show or even the need to revote. The presenter can use short cut key H to start PowerCom Dashboard screen. In the previous version of PowerCom, the presenter had to exit the slide show to be able to change keypad and base settings.
